My dad is a physician that has been taking all of his suits and shirts to Joe Cleaners for over 20 years. He introduced to the shop and I have been taking all of my clothes there ever since. They are extremely kind, friendly, professional, and do an amazing dry cleaning of professional and nonprofessional clothes. I reached out to 5 different dry cleaning companies. Each company stated that they do same day service but were not able to have it ready on the same day. Joe Cleaners was the only company to dry clean my clothes and have them ready the same day. I would recommend this company to anyone that need same day service.

Grace did a great job with the alteration of two suits. I arrived with a rush job and she was able to meet my deadline and exceed my expectations. Definitely the place to go in Cutler Bay for Dry Clean and alterations.

The first time that you visit you will be asked for your ID if you plan to pay with a credit card (thank you for that), but then you are a customer and good to go. Yes, payment is ahead of time; not an option.

I have heard stories about high prices for certain articles in a neighborhood app, but my experience has been positive so far. My suits are given back to me in good shape and perfectly ironed. Prices are competitive compared to other local cleaners. When you walk in, you are acknowledged promptly and taken care of.

Parking in and out can be a little bit of a hustle due to location, but at least you can always find a spot in front of the store.

I never thought I'd get passionate enough over laundry to write about it, but these guys are so good i just have to spread the word! The last time I was here, one of my shirts wasn't ready. I never returned to pick it up. I dropped some guayavera's off today to have them cleaned and I mentioned my missing shirt. Well it has been over a year and the shirt was there waiting for me. They stated that they never discard or sell cloths that have been left there.

I received a great service and not only for dry cleaning. They fix and die clothes as well. I die a dress and now it is completely new again. They fixed a skirt and a coat as well. Very professional and well done.
